By accessing or using Forge ("the Service"), operated by NG Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and all amendments.
THIS SERVICE IS STRICTLY FOR ADULTS AGED 18 AND OLDER. By using Forge, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction; (c) you will not permit any minor to access or use the Service; (d) you understand the Service may generate sexually suggestive, adult-oriented, and mature content. We do not knowingly provide services to minors. If we discover that a minor has accessed the Service, we reserve the right to terminate access immediately and report the incident as appropriate.
Forge offers a limited number of free reads without an account. After you have used your free reads, you must sign in with Google OAuth and subscribe to a paid Pro plan to continue using the Service. There is no free authenticated tier — the Service operates on a free-to-try, then paid model. By signing in, you agree that: (a) you will provide accurate and current registration information; (b) you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account; (c) you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account; (d) you will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Pro subscriptions are billed weekly at $9.99/week (or the rate displayed at the time of purchase). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice to existing subscribers.
Free users receive a limited number of reads (AI analyses). Pro subscribers receive unlimited reads. We employ cookies, IP tracking, and other technical measures to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse. You agree not to circumvent, bypass, or attempt to defeat these measures, including but not limited to: (a) clearing cookies or browser data to reset read counters; (b) using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to rotate IP addresses and obtain additional free reads; (c) using multiple devices, browsers, or incognito/private browsing modes to exceed free limits; (d) automating requests or using scripts to bypass rate limiting. Attempting to circumvent usage limits constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of access, IP banning, and forfeiture of any paid subscription without refund.
Forge is an AI-powered personal development and communication tool. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, conversational analysis, and content. All AI-generated output is for entertainment and informational purposes only. The Service includes features that analyze romantic and sexual dynamics in adult conversations.
Forge does not provide professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to: relationship counseling, psychological advice, sexual health guidance, legal advice, or therapeutic guidance. AI-generated content should not be treated as professional recommendations. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions based on any content generated by the Service.
The Service may generate content that includes: (a) sexually suggestive language and innuendo; (b) analysis of sexual and romantic dynamics; (c) direct and assertive communication styles; (d) adult humor and mature themes; (e) content related to dating, attraction, and physical intimacy. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that such content may be generated. This content is fictional, AI-generated, and intended for entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute instruction, encouragement, or endorsement of any specific behavior.
You agree that you are solely responsible for: (a) all content you upload, submit, or input into the Service; (b) all actions you take based on AI-generated suggestions; (c) ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws; (d) obtaining any necessary consent from other parties in your conversations.
By uploading screenshots or conversation text, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a willing and active participant in any conversation you upload; (b) all persons depicted or referenced in uploaded content are adults aged 18 or older; (c) you have the legal right to share this content for AI processing; (d) the content was not obtained through illegal means including unauthorized access, hacking, or surveillance.
You may NOT use the Service to: (a) upload any content depicting, involving, referencing, or relating to minors in any context whatsoever — this is a zero-tolerance policy and violations will result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement; (b) harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person; (c) engage in non-consensual communication or contact; (d) circumvent blocking, restraining orders, or other protective measures; (e) facilitate sexual exploitation, trafficking, or abuse; (f) impersonate another person or create fraudulent identities; (g) engage in any activity that violates local, state, federal, or international law; (h) use AI-generated content as part of any scheme to defraud, manipulate, or deceive vulnerable persons.
Using AI-generated suggestions to harass, stalk, threaten, or coerce any person is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate and permanent termination of access. NG Technologies reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement in investigating any suspected harassment, stalking, or criminal activity conducted using the Service. You acknowledge that AI-generated suggestions are tools — how you use them is your sole responsibility and liability.
You are strictly prohibited from publicly sharing, posting, broadcasting, or distributing — on any platform including but not limited to social media, forums, blogs, video platforms, messaging groups, or any publicly accessible medium — any content that combines AI-generated output from the Service with identifiable third-party conversation content. This includes but is not limited to: (a) posting screenshots that show another person's messages alongside AI-generated analysis, scores, or suggested replies; (b) sharing THE READ analysis or interest/readiness assessments that reference or are derived from another person's messages; (c) creating content (video, image, or text) that reveals, implies, or makes identifiable another person's private communications in connection with the Service's output; (d) using AI-generated content from the Service to publicly mock, shame, humiliate, or embarrass any person. Violation of this section constitutes grounds for immediate termination and may expose you to civil liability under applicable privacy, defamation, and revenge-content laws. NG Technologies expressly disclaims all liability for any damages arising from users who violate this prohibition.
You acknowledge that conversations uploaded to the Service may contain private communications from third parties who have not consented to AI processing of their messages. You accept sole responsibility for: (a) protecting the privacy and dignity of all persons whose messages you submit; (b) ensuring that no third party is identifiable in any content you share publicly in connection with the Service; (c) complying with all applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction regarding the processing and disclosure of third-party communications; (d) any harm, damages, or legal consequences that arise from your failure to protect third-party privacy. We strongly recommend that users redact or obscure all names, profile photos, and identifying information before submitting content, and that users NEVER publicly share AI output alongside identifiable private conversations.
The Service employs automated content moderation systems that scan all user-submitted content — including text, context, custom inputs, and uploaded images — in real-time before AI processing. Text is scanned by our internal moderation system. Uploaded images are screened by third-party safety services for explicit, violent, or otherwise prohibited visual content. These systems are designed to detect and act upon content that violates these Terms, including but not limited to: (a) references to minors or underage individuals — such content will be immediately rejected and the request will not be processed; (b) language indicating non-consensual intent, coercion, or sexual violence — such content will be immediately rejected; (c) language indicating threats of physical violence or harm — such content will be immediately rejected; (d) slurs, hate speech, and degrading language — such content may be automatically modified or filtered before AI processing to ensure the Service is not used to generate hateful or discriminatory content; (e) images containing explicit, violent, or otherwise prohibited visual content — such images will be immediately rejected and the request will not be processed.
You acknowledge and agree that: (a) automated moderation may reject, modify, or filter your input without prior notice; (b) moderation decisions are made by automated systems and are not subject to appeal; (c) the presence of content moderation does not create an obligation for NG Technologies to detect or prevent all prohibited content — users remain solely responsible for their compliance with these Terms; (d) attempting to circumvent, bypass, or test the limitations of content moderation systems constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of access; (e) we reserve the right to update, modify, or expand our content moderation systems at any time without notice.
The Service includes automated crisis detection that identifies messages indicating potential self-harm or suicidal ideation. When triggered, the Service will provide crisis resource information (such as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) instead of an AI-generated response. You acknowledge that: (a) this feature is not a substitute for professional mental health care; (b) NG Technologies makes no guarantee of detecting all crisis situations; (c) the Service is not a mental health provider and should not be relied upon for crisis support. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or your local emergency services immediately.
YOUR PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT TO US: We do not store, save, or retain any conversation screenshots, images, or text you submit. Your content exists only in volatile memory during processing and is destroyed immediately after. We cannot retrieve or view anything you've submitted — it no longer exists.
HOWEVER: The Service employs automated screening systems that detect content involving illegal activity. When these systems are triggered — including content referencing minors in any romantic or sexual context, sexual assault, non-consensual acts, child abuse, threats of violence, or terrorism — the request is immediately blocked AND the attempt is logged, including IP address, timestamp, device information, and the nature of the violation. These logs are retained and may be reported to law enforcement. Repeated attempts will result in permanent termination and referral to authorities.
The Service also includes safety systems that detect messages indicating: (a) self-harm or suicidal ideation; (b) domestic violence — whether the user is the perpetrator or victim; (c) impaired driving; (d) requests for medical advice regarding medication changes. When triggered, the Service will provide appropriate crisis resources and emergency contact information instead of an AI-generated response. You acknowledge that: (a) these systems are not exhaustive and may not detect all dangerous situations; (b) the Service is not a substitute for emergency services, law enforcement, or professional counseling; (c) if you are in immediate danger, you should contact 911 or your local emergency services directly.
All responses, analyses, scores, ratings, and suggestions generated by Forge are produced by artificial intelligence and are inherently: (a) fictional and speculative — they do not represent factual assessments of any person; (b) potentially inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your specific situation; (c) not endorsements of any particular behavior or approach; (d) generated without knowledge of the full context of any relationship or interaction. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, safety, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. Any "scores", "ratings", or "analyses" (including but not limited to interest level assessments, readiness indicators, or personality readings) are speculative AI interpretations and should not be relied upon as accurate representations of any person's thoughts, feelings, or intentions.
No person referenced, depicted, or discussed in content uploaded to or generated by the Service acquires any rights, claims, or causes of action against NG Technologies by virtue of such reference. NG Technologies has no relationship with, obligation to, or liability toward any third party whose conversations, images, or information may be processed through the Service. All claims arising from user behavior are the sole responsibility of the user.
Screenshots, images, and text submitted for AI processing are: (a) transmitted via encrypted connection to our AI processing provider; (b) processed in real-time volatile memory; (c) never written to permanent storage, disk, or database on our servers; (d) destroyed immediately upon completion of response generation. We do not retain, store, archive, or backup any user-submitted content. We have no ability to retrieve, reproduce, or share previously submitted content because it does not exist after processing.
The Service, including its design, features, system prompts, and underlying methodology, is the proprietary property of NG Technologies. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any aspect of the Service. You retain ownership of content you create but grant NG Technologies no license to use, store, or distribute it.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NG TECHNOLOGIES, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT; DAMAGES ARISING FROM INTERACTIONS WITH THIRD PARTIES; EMOTIONAL DISTRESS; REPUTATIONAL HARM; OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is less.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NG Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party's rights, including privacy rights; (d) any content you upload to the Service; (e) any actions you take based on AI-generated content; (f) any third-party claims arising from your conduct in connection with the Service.
ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, NOT IN COURT. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in King County, Washington. Each party shall bear its own costs. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected illegal activity, or suspected harm to others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NG Technologies regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
